Gautier VSOP Cognac

Autumnal amber color. Bouquet is distant, meek at first; mild traces of gum and light indistinguishable fruit slowly develop with time. Palate entry flavors display some impact in the forms of caramel and oak; Midpalate tastes include dried red fruit, oak and prunes. Finishes sweet, honeyed and nearly syrupy. P.P.
