Gesellmann 2004 Beerenauslese Scheurebe (Burgenland)

Made from the Sämling grape (also known as the Scheurebe), this is a wonderfully intense wine, balancing sweetness with crisp white pear acidity. It layers botrytis dryness with sweet hedgerow honey and a pure fruit character. Roger Voss
