Always rock-solid and fairly priced, Geyser Peak's Cab this year is well-structured and firm, with sturdy tannins and bright acidity. It will need a year or so for the blackcurrant and plum flavors to emerge. There's a rich earthy streak that makes this a fine companion with food.
