Geyser Peak 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon (Alexander Valley)

Although it doesn't have the complexity of the winery's single-vineyard Cab, this blend shows off its terroir with a soft attractiveness and good varietal character. The blackberry, cherry, roasted coffee, grilled bell pepper, herb and oak flavors are dry, but a little thin.
