Made from 55-year-old vines, this Soave is one of the flag bearers of the denomination. It opens with enticing floral and mineral aromas together with a whiff of pears. The elegant, linear palate delvers golden apples, citrus, and white peach alongside almond and mineral. It's already crisp and delicious but it will also age. Drink 2015 through 2027.
