A blend of Bordeaux varieties, this is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Moderate in acidity and body, it has a ripeness to the fruit. Blueberry, chocolate and chalky, dusty tannin dominate, with a chill of violet perfume.
