Juicy, with a firmness of acidity and a tenacious crispness, this wine evolves in the glass, shedding some of its wet stone and green apple for more voluptuous tenets of Asian pear and nutmeg. Lovely for the table, this is a well-balanced white that'll do well on its own or with food.
