Glaser 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon (Southern Oregon)

This is a dark, slightly sweet expression of Cabernet, that pushes the alcohol and oak (in this case, American oak) components to the limits. At the center are ripe blackberry and cassis flavors. Overall the impression is a chunky, one-dimensional, but quite flavorful wine. Paul Gregutt
