Glatzer 2017 Prellenkirchen Blaufränkisch (Carnuntum)

A hint of cream and dill points to a kiss of new oak on the cherry nose. The palate confirms this with fine, firm tannins, a hint of vanilla and nutmeg and more of that smooth, ripe cherry. The fruit is tinges with cinnamon, crunchy, fresh and juicy. The finish is dry and lasting. Anne Krebiehl MW
