Glencadam Aged 21 Years

Deep gold in the glass, this Highland single-malt Scotch offers scents of fresh pear, vanilla and a touch of peat. It's quite soft on the palate, leading with an iodine note, then layers of vanilla, honey, baked apple and pear before winding down into a long and lightly smoky exit. Alcohol heat provides a drying feel on the finish. Kara Newman
