This is a lovely, complex and ultimately beautiful wine, a blend of 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay given extra time to develop in the bottle. It presents as daringly dry but doesn't miss a beat on flavor, showing moderate acidity built around a richness of hazelnut cream complemented by brighter high tones of grapefruit and lime.
