This is the producer's popular mix of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Muscat grapes, made Méthode Champenoise. It offers a fuller body and slightly less acidity than some of its other sparklers. Good & Plenty licorice jumps out, followed by a ripe combination of strawberry, peach and vanilla.
