Two thirds Cabernet Sauvignon, this Bordeaux blend is the best bottle from Goose Ridge. The fruit is sappy and strong, with rich, ripe berry and cassis flavors. Tannins are firm and lightly spiced with fresh herb. The wine has depth and bite, the potential to age over the next half decade or more, but it's drinking well right now.
