A delightfully fragrant perfume of peach blossom, green apple Jolly Ranchers and kiwi fruit opens this Viognier-based Pét-Nat from Cayuga Lake. The palate is dry, with a crackle of bubbles and just a wisp of sweetness to balance out those tart green-apple notes. It's floral and delicately fruity right to the finish. An uncomplicated but utterly refreshing and balanced drop—just what a Pét-Nat should be. Christina Pickard
