Gooseneck 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (Valencia)

Gritty aromas of road tar, black olive and rubber don't smell much like Cabernet or any particular variety for that matter. A clampy, pulling palate is high in acidity and low in charm. Flavors of plum, tomato sauce and green herb run out on a choppy, high-acid finish. Michael Schachner
