Gramercy 2021 Picpoul (Walla Walla Valley (WA))

Walla Walla Valley whites are a relative rarity but an increasing number of wineries are working with them. Appealing aromas of herb, lemon pith and wet stone lead to a fuller feeling but still brisk, acid-driven palate. Due to the warmth of the year, there's less midpalate intensity and overall acidic lift than recent vintages, but still with a whole lot to enjoy. Pair it with ahi nachos. Sean P. Sullivan
