Gran Gala Triple Orange Liqueur

Initial sniffs detect fresh orange peel, nuts and background brandy notes; aeration adds notes of pineapple, tangerine and orange peel to the brandy structure. Palate entry is acidic and very orangy, with no evidence of the brandy; at midpalate the brandy emerges to complement the orange peel taste. Concludes fresh, a touch too woody and acidic. P.P.
