86pointsGrande River 2016 Sauvignon Blanc (Grand Valley)

The nose displays a some what odd combination of candied orange, pineapple, asparagus and white flower. The palate is on the softer side, showing mildly concentrated flavors of peach, grapefruit, sweet grass and juicy lemon-lime acidity. The finish is astringent and lemony, leaving a fairly dull impression. Fiona Adams
