This is an unfiltered saison brewed with Seville orange peels, Chinese ginger and grains of paradise. It's light and approachable, with soft spice and yeasty notes that marry harmoniously with the citrus and sweet-grain core. A touch of green fruit (think apple and fig) adds lift to the palate, but the subtlety of the palate really allows all of the spicy nuances to shine. Clean and crisp on the close, this is refreshing and easy drinking.
