Greenall's Original London Dry Gin

Opening sniffs pick up lightly spiced, lean aromas from the citrus peel/botanical element; further aeration adds bittersweet notes of cassia bark and juniper berries. Palate entry emits slightly metallic tastes of slate, mica and pewter; at midpalate a botanical sweetness tries but fails to overcome the mineral/rock-like flavor. Ends a bit raw. P.P.
