Grego 2004 Centenaria Garnacha (Madrid)

Not too bright in color, with oily, earthy, raisiny aromas. Typical of the warm region it comes from, the wine is pruney and candied, with chocolate in the rear. Lacks an edge or pronounced tannins, but has enough good fruit quality to warrant a taste or two. Michael Schachner
