This is Gremillet's prestige cuvée, made as a Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs. It's rich, creamy and mineral-textured with a steely, chalky edge. Great acidity is layered with the fruitiness of this now-mature wine. Ready to drink, it's lively and crisp.
