Griffin Creek 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon (Rogue Valley)

This veers strongly into the herbal side of Cabernet. It's scented with stem and leaf, and the flavors follow. It's tight, tart and chewy, verging on sour as it comes up short in the finish. Paul Gregutt
