Griffin Creek 2018 Viognier (Rogue Valley)

Sharp as a knife and layered with strong scents and flavors of citrus oils, skins and a mix of gin-like botanicals, this softens up a bit midpalate and brings in more citrus flavors, notably pineapple. It softens further in the finish, adding a touch of butterfat. It was aged 10 months in 10% new oak. Paul Gregutt
