Groebe 2003 Westhofener Kabinett Trocken Riesling (Rheinhessen)

Starts off sulfury and earthy, and stays in that sullen funk for a while. It's plump on the palate, just doesn't give up that much in the way of fruit flavors, finishing tart. Joe Czerwinski
