Winemaker: Boela Gerber. A Bordeaux-style blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot and 15% Cabernet Franc, this is dense and concentrated throughout. Lush notes of ripe blackberry, cassis and plum are laced with alluring hints of leather, cigar box and toasted spice. The velvety texture is accented by notes of bark and crushed cocoa nib that linger on the finish. Drink now–2023.
