Plump with ripe black-plum and cherry flavors, this single-vineyard wine offers a greater density of fruit than the producer's entry-level Pinot Noir. Still, it shares a ghostly elegance marked by faded whiffs of dried violet and lavender, dusty spice-box and earth notes. Vibrant acidity lends finesse to the palate along with a meandering finish of fine grained, bitter tannins.
