Gusbourne Estate 2016 Rosé Brut Sparkling (England)
The creamy, ripe freshness of Red Delicious apple flesh is gentle and pure on the wine's nose. That lovely bright, creamy mellowness carries seamlessly onto the palate, where the creamy foam smooths and bubbles over everything in still youthful exuberance. There is roundness in that body, curve and sinuousness, but the finish is pristine, linear, taut and dry. Lovely. Anne Krebiehl MW
