Gustave Lorentz 2017 Lieu-dit Burg Riesling (Alsace)

Notions of fresh, yellow apple and of apple juice concentrate are almost heady on the nose of this wine. The palate comes in with intense juiciness, brimming with freshness and ripe, mouthwatering tartness. There is intensity and concentration but also a light-footed ease. The finish is dry, fresh, apple-scented and long. Anne Krebiehl MW
