Hacienda San Juan 2016 Pinot Noir (Casablanca Valley)

This earthy red has a tight nose showing subtle notes of berries. After aeration, it reveals aromas of mushroom and forest floor. On the palate, flavors of cherry, mushroom and smoke are balanced by energetic acidity that carries through the finish. It's a complex Pinot Noir that is far from being fruit forward. Jesica Vargas
