Light in color, almost translucent. There's just a touch of grapefruit in the otherwise mute nose. In the mouth, the weight is nice, as is the acidity. If you search hard, some grapefruit and apple flavors emerge, but also some asparagus. It finishes clean enough. ––M.S.
