Hagafen 2003 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley)

Tasted against much more expensive young Napa Cabs, this bottling held up well. It shows very ripe cherry pie, blackberry, cassis and smoky oak flavors that are wrapped in sturdy, but softly ripe, tannins, making the wine immediately drinkable.
