Hager Matthias 2017 Pét-Nat Grüner Veltliner (Österreichischer Perlwein)

Gentle hints of ripe yellow apple and yellow stone fruit play amid hints of pastry. The palate is rounded with more hints of apple, cream and short crust, united by a central seam of lemony, bright and integrated freshness. There is something totally honest, disarming and fresh-faced about this yeasty, leesy and fruity pét-nat. Anne Krebiehl MW
