Haggipavlu 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (Peloponnese)

Black pepper and a juicy red berry nose recommend this red from Greece, but on the palate, there's a one-dimensional simplicity and slight bitterness that's hard to embrace. That said, paired with food, this wine might soften up and prove to be a decent quaffer. Susan Kostrzewa
