Initial aromas of fresh and baked apple, lemon, lime and peach skin are complemented by cardamom spice, a hint of toast, fresh and dried baby's breath, and a nuanced sea-salt salinity. The palate confirms these notes, but layers in orange zest, nasturtium nectar and hazelnut. A slight phenolic grip adds textural intrigue. It's a well-balanced white wine that shows skilled depth and complexity. Stacy Briscoe
