The smooth, glycerin mouthfeel of this wine welcomes the palate, along with flavors of ripe yellow apple, rose water, lychee, peach juice and skin, orange blossom and fresh mandarin. An attractive line of acidity rides through the center of it all, uplifting those aromatics and balancing the wine's otherwise rich texture. It allows the fresh fruit and floral notes to linger on the finish. Stacy Briscoe
