Hard, dry and minerally on the bouquet, with cider and pineapple as the main flavors. Zesty, lively and racy for sure, but also loaded down with juice-like flavors of apples and oranges. Big on kick but short on balance and elegance. Isn't 14.8% is just too much for what should be an easygoing Chardonnay?
