Harbison Wines 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley)

So deliciously ripe and sweet, you can drink it now, especially with a great steak. Flatters with raspberry, cherry and blackberry flavors, accented with the vanilla and caramel of new oak, and wrapped into soft, ripe tannins. Made in the modern style, it's a decadent wine whose pure, refined tannins testify to their Napa origin. Yet it will develop over the next ten years.
