Hauck 2007 Red Grav Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Alexander Valley)

A very nice Cabernet that expresses the Alexander Valley's soft ripeness. The wine is dry and delicious, offering berry, cherry, coffee, anise, herb and smoky oak flavors that are deep and complex. Drink now and over the next few years. Production was 150 cases.
