Hawkins Cellars 2013 Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley)

Young and fresh, it has excellent minerality. The fruit is light and lively, leaning toward grapefruit, green apple and a smidge of just-ripe melon. It's a lovely summer sipper, with a few good years of life ahead. Paul Gregutt
