This deep violet-red colored wine has a nose of cassis, lavender and anise. It is surprisingly soft on first sip, with tannins that gradually increase in power while showcasing flavors of black cherry, dark plum, cranberry, fennel bulb and a touch of mint. The slightly grippy finish offers pronounced notes of cherry and orange zest.
