Herzog 2004 Special Reserve Chardonnay (Russian River Valley)

Besides the smoky new oak and leesy flavors, there's not a whole lot of fruit in this wine. At first, you're tasting apples and peaches, but then the middle falls apart and the finish turns watery. Disappointing.
