High Valley Vineyard 2020 High Valley Vineyard Zinfandel (Lake County)
This Zin shows a good level of complexity whilst still maintaining a fun and approachable attitude. Find notes of black cherry, black plum, cacao, roasted coffee, fennel, fresh-cut wood, vanilla, nutmeg, dried eucalyptus and a hint of forest floor. Chalky tannins gently coat the mouth; a solid medium level of acidity adds just enough freshness and vivacity. Stacy Briscoe
