Highfield Estate 2001 Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)

Starts off with superrich, ripe, exotic lemon-and-lime aromas and a luscious, unusual note of white chocolate. It's bone dry, but it's so fruity rich, so extracted and hedonistic, it's as decadent as a dessert wine. Amazingly long finish.
