This is the second great vintage in a row for this reasonably priced wine. Haunting aromas and equally enticing and complex flavors are wrapped in a velvety texture of fine-grained tannins. It's a big but seamless wine, full bodied, and layered with tobacco, earth, black-currant, black-olive and wild sage notes that are hard to resist. Jim Gordon
