90pointsHirsch 2013 Block 8 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Spicy, slightly smoky aromas then crisp red-cherry and cranberry flavors make this light-bodied wine taste fresh and feel lean. Nice tension in the flavors and good acidity give it a taut, appetizing texture. It will be best after 2018. Jim Gordon
