93pointsHirsch 2016 The Bohan-Dillon Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

This light- to medium-bodied wine shows good tension between expressive black currant and damp earth aromas and an almost steely texture. Though richer than the 2014, it's lean in mouthfeel, crisp and lightly tannic, and the flavors are quite enjoyable in a restrained way. Best after 2022. Jim Gordon
