Scents of blueberries and darker fruits come with a curious floral/citrus top note, but in the mouth the wine is all fruit and berries. The blend includes a splash of Syrah and Lemberger, along with a little bit of Merlot, but it's clearly Cab dominated. Black olive, smoke, earth and firm tannins give it a feeling of authority in the mouth and through the finish.
