This new project from a co-founder of the popular Garagiste Festivals is promising. This bottling shows elegant violet, beef char, graphite and boysenberry notes on the nose. The palate is more pungent with its dark fruit, anise, pepper and roast beef flavors, finishing on a caramelized note.
