A particularly plush and delicious pour, this is a single-cask rum distilled at Demerara Distillers in 2003, aged two years in Guyana, then 16 more in the UK, and bottled in 2021 at barrel proof. Savory baking spices lead the nose, while the palate combines concentrated brown sugar, maple and vanilla. Flashes of milk chocolate, dark fruit and warming, gingery spice grace the finish.
